Method
In a large saucepan, combine water, ghee, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and allspice berries. Bring the mixture to a boil.

Add the peaches to the saucepan, cover, and let them simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until tender.
Once cooked, remove the cinnamon sticks, garnish the compote with fresh mint leaves, and serve.
